I am a fully qualified Reflexologist working from my home in Epping, Essex. My dedicated treatment room insures privacy in an environment of peaceful, unhurried relaxation.

SPINAL REFLEXOLOGY

This type of treatment stimulates each vertebrae of the spinal system allowing me to recognise specific organs out of balance in the body. This not only allows me to treat the reflexes of the feet directly but also allows stimulation of the peripheral nerves in a specific area.
This is a very powerful and effective treatment.

PRE-CONCEPTUAL, PREGNANCY & POST NATAL CARE.

This treatment will provide assistance for women who may be finding it difficult to concieve or who are planning a pregnancy or at any other stage of pregnancy.
The treatment focuses on the endocrine system allowing the correct balance of hormones in the body.
As part of the treatment plan we will together look at nutrition, vitamins and lifestyle changes to gain a better holistic approach.
This treatment plan can continue after the birth to stimulate breast milk and re-balance hormones helping to avoid post natal depression.

HAND REFLEXOLOGY

Hand reflexology is an alternative treatment to foot reflexology. Not all clients are able to have pressure applied to their feet. This treatment is suitable for those suffering from arthritis, multiple sclerosis, insomnia, frozen shoulder , stress and anxiety related disorders.
Hand reflexology is more suited to the elderly.


My Reflexology practice is situated in the heart of Epping Forest & easily accessible from the M11, M25, and Epping London Underground station on the Central line. (surrounding areas include Chigwell, Loughton, Woodford, Ongar, Nazeing, Waltham Abbey, Harlow).
